During an emergency, this page will provide information for HSA clients and providers.
For countywide emergency information and latest weather updates, please visit VCemergency.com and the National Weather Service website. We also encourage you to sign up for VC Alert to receive emergency notifications on your phone, text, email, fax, TTY/TDD device, or numeric page.
How to Connect with HSA
We are available to serve you in-person, online at vchsa.org or BenefitsCal.com,
by phone at 888-472-4463, by fax at 805-658-4530, email, by mail or drop-off services,
and in person at one of HSA’s Site Locations.
If you prefer to make an appointment to see a case worker for Medi-Cal, CalFresh, CalWORKs, General Relief or CAPI, please call 888-472-4463 Monday–Friday from 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
Ventura County Public Health continues to encourage vaccinations, social distancing, and masking indoors if not fully vaccinated.

Resources in Ventura County
Visit 2-1-1 Ventura County for comprehensive information and referral services countywide, connecting callers and texters to information about health and human services available to them. During times of disaster, 2-1-1 provides incident specific information in coordination with local emergency services, including road closures and shelters both locally and nationwide.
